Welcome to the "README.TXT" file! You are probably not reading this file anyway, but here goes!

This program is freeware or donation-ware, or something like That. If you find this program useful, you are allowed to send me a note, e-mail, letter, or 10$ or what ever you think W.Skinner is worth. If you dont like W.Skinner, send me a note Why you don't.

The Skinner can make skins out of a bitmap (*.bmp) in next version I will add support for *.gif and *.jpeg. The bitmap should be 275x116, if not the W.Skinner will resize the bitmap. All the bitmap's for the buttons, sliderbars, indicators, numbers and text can be created by clicking. You can add symbols for the buttons, and some other controls. This is not the nicest symbols, but you can change them with Paint shop Pro, or something like that.

Feel free to distribute W.Skinner as you like. But if you upload it to a different server I would like to know. If you are going to send me a mail, please tell me where you found W.Skinner.
